She also knew recommendations for plumbers, mortgage, inspectors and lawyers who could facilitate the conpletion of the sale process. She was available day and night and quickly set up house viewings within 24 hours of my request. She also answered all my questions along the way regarding the entire process. She was super sweet too; she paid for the replacement of a hose bib on my house as a welcome gift, and she even bought me a celebratory drink!
